PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY QUESTIONS

WHAT IS THE TURNAROUND TIME?

All wallpaper and vinyl orders made to order so please allow 10-14 BUSINESS days for production. This does not include weekends nor holidays. During site wide sales, production period may be extended to 25-30 business days. The production states a specific timeframe, you may still receive your order sooner, but please plan on the full production time. Sample orders typically ship out in a few business days but may still carry the normal 10-14 business day turnaround. International orders vary in shipping times. To cancel your order, you must request cancellation within 12 hours of purchase.

All curtains and blankets are ready to ship and will leave our warehouse in Utah 3-5 business days after purchasing. During site wide sales please be patient with us and we work through a high influx of orders!

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Absolutely! We understand the excitement that comes with each order. You will be emailed a tracking number as soon as your order ships! Please allow up to 24-48 hours for the mail system to scan your package and update the tracking. Any questions regarding tracking, please contact your local post office. Loomwell is not responsible for international duties or fees. These fees must be covered by the customer.

CAN I EDIT OR MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

Because of the high volume of orders, we can not guarantee edits to your order after they are placed. Please make sure all information, measurements and product selection are correct before submitting order. Please reach out ASAP if an edit needs to be made and we will see if it is possible.

ARE THE WALLPAPERS FUME FREE?

We print using UV ink. This is a green technology that uses a photomechanical process to instantly dry ink after printing. Benefits of UV ink includes superior durability, eco friendly having no emissions, zero fading, and scratch resistant properties. The wallpaper material is environmentally safe and bio-degradable over time, No PVC and nontoxic. There is no Glycol-Ether or Formaldehyde in the adhesive and no Detrimental concerns of Phthalates.



PAYMENT QUESTIONS

DO YOU OFFER RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?

Because all of our wallpaper and vinyls orders are custom made to order, we DO NOT OFFER RETUNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS. We encourage ordering a sample of all of our items for testing before purchasing.
Curtain and blanket returns must be returned within 7 days of product delivery in perfect, unused condition. Once returned item(s) is/are received, your return will be processed within 3-7 business days.
If return is received used or not in original condition, a restocking fee of 20% will be deducted from refund.

All shipping costs are the customers responsibility and will not be refunded.
Loomwell is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office with questions regarding shipment tracking.
We strongly recommend keeping your tracking number for packages returned to us. We are not responsible for lost packages.

VINYLS STICKABILITY QUESTIONS

ARE THE WALL VINYLS DAMAGE FREE

Our material we use for Vinyls is an excellent choice for a space that requires an easy installation and removable performance. While the wall vinyls are removable and non-damaging in MOST CASES, due to the variety of wall surfaces we cannot 100% guarantee a completely damage free removal. We recommend purchasing a sample first to ensure it works with your paint/surface. Applying heat with a blow dryer will help soften the adhesive and decrease paint peeling during removal.

WILL THE VINYLS STICK TO MY WALLS?

Avoid using our Vinyls on any FLAT or MATTE finishes. The matting agents in these paints can reduce the vinyl adhesion and may cause the graphics to fail or increase the chance of damage during removal. If applying Vinyls to a newly painted surface, follow all drying, and curing instructions provided by the paint manufacturer prior to Vinyl installation.. All air-drying paints should be allowed to dry for at least one week (7 days) prior to vinyls application.

Our innovative self adhesive material for Vinyls sticks to most textured walls! We strongly recommend ordering and applying a sample to the wall and leaving it up for at least one week.



WALLPAPER STICKABILITY QUESTIONS

WILL IT STICK TO MY TEXTURED WALLS?

Our innovative self adhesive material for Wallpaper sticks to a lightly textured walls! We strongly recommend purchasing a sample first to ensure it works with your paint/surface. If your wall is highly textured and/or you are unsure what to order, please email us a picture of your texture at support@loomwell.com For best installation, use a warm, damp microfiber rag to clean the wall surface or window and allow it to completely dry. (This suggestion is for existing walls with probable fingerprints and dirt resulting from day to day foot traffic and use). Make sure all previous cleaning solutions are completely dry and gone. We strongly advise against hiring a "professional installer" as they are not familiar with our product and may result in issues.

WHERE CAN I USE THE WALLPAPER?

Our wallpaper will stick to virtually any properly primed and painted surface (in all weather and room temperature changes), and can be easily removed with a 99% guarantee the surface will be residue and damage free. The material does not rip or wrinkle and is not required to be removed over a certain period of time. Results will vary on orange peel texture and any paint that is advertised to be "easy to clean." These paints may have additives making it hard for the wallpaper to adhere too. We STRONGLY recommend ordering and applying a sample to the wall and leaving up for at least one week for all paint and textured surfaces. Make sure you allow 30-days on NEWLY PAINTED surfaces for out-gassing (to prevent bubbling). Not recommended for brick, non-painted cement surfaces.

CAN I USE THE WALLPAPER IN A BATHROOM?

Yes! The wallpaper is a perfect addition to any bathroom! The humidity or steam does not affect it's performance. Keep in mind that the wallpaper is NOT waterproof and not recommended for any place it will be constantly splashed with water.

OTHER QUESTIONS

HOW DO I CALCULATE HOW MANY PANELS I NEED?

To calculate, measure the wall you plan to install the wallpaper on. Measure the width in inches and divide it by 24. Take that number and round it up to the WHOLE number. For example if your wall is 112 inches wide, divide it by 24 and you get 4.66, that means you need 5 panels! Then measure your walls height from ceiling to baseboard and select the 4 foot, 8 foot, or 10 foot etc. option based on how tall your ceiling is. When going around a window or a door, it is best to imagine that they aren't there while measuring. This ensures the patterns will be seamless over the entire space. You will trim the panels to fit your space perfectly.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN VINYLS AND WALLPAPER?

They are similar in the fact that they are both removable! They are different in a lot of ways though! The vinyls come as individual pieces that you get to place anywhere on your wall and create your own pattern out of the designs included in each package. Your wall will still show in all the space between each individual vinyl design. The wallpaper is a woven fabric with a damage free removal that is sold as individual panels (long strips that cover from your baseboard to your ceiling) that match up perfectly when placed next to each other. The design is seamless from panel to panel. When finished you will have an all over design with your desired area completely covered.

DO WE SHIP WORLDWIDE?

Absolutely! However, our flat rate shipping fee of $9.99 does not apply to international orders! Shipping costs will be calculated at check out! The buyer is responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. that may be required by your country for importing consumer goods. This fee is not to us, but rather to your country therefore, we do not collect this beforehand, and cannot give you an estimate of the cost - charges vary around the world.
